Canadian rum-runner joined in Davy Jones Locker by the ship that sank her

The fabled Canadian rum-runner I'm Alone, infamously sunk by a U.S. Coast Guard cutter 81 years ago in the Gulf of Mexico, is no longer alone as an underwater memorial to a key flashpoint in the history of Canada-U.S. relations.
